With finals just around the corner, it’s time to relieve some stress and refresh your mind.
Join us virtually for a yoga session led by expert Adriene from “Yoga with Adriene.” We will be streaming her “Yoga For Concentration and Mental Focus” video from Youtube channel.
This is a time to destress and practice mindfulness, so we will encourage that you turn off your camera and mute your microphone during the session so that you are able to fully be in the moment. After the 30min session, you will be encouraged to turn on our cameras and microphones will reflect and decompress as we discuss how effective the yoga session was, and other activities to improve concentration and mental focus.
