ECE Expedition: Boston 2025

Program dates: March 2-5, 2025
Application deadline: November 17, 2024
ECE Expedition will be traveling to the Boston area over the winter break to visit Analog Devices, MathWorks, MIT Lincoln Laboratory and one additional company.
This experience is exclusively available for EE/CE students, both undergraduate and graduate, and provides a unique opportunity to network with industry/alumni professionals and learn more about work happening in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Boston area.
ECE students can expect the following from this experience:
- Lab tours
- Product demos
- Expert panels
- Group activities/discussions
- Info presentations on company and opportunities
- Mixer with alumni and/or industry professionals
- Networking dinners
Included in the trip:
- Hotel accommodations
- Meals
- Transportation back to Logan International Airport on March 5th
Not Included:
- Airfare
- Transportation from Logan Airport to hotel on March 2nd
Eligibility requirements:
- Declared as current EE, CE, or ECE student
- Be in good academic standing
- Pay a $200 registration fee
- Pay for Roundtrip airfare to Boston (around $350)
- The University strongly recommends being fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Able to attend the full duration of the trip
- Act as a positive and professional representative of ECE and U-M
- Excited to fully engage throughout each aspect of the Expeditions
